Aubre's birthday fell on the weekend we were at the Lodge, so after she went to bed, we decorated the great room and I crepe papered her door.
Ava was a little fish. She loved the water and was constantly asking to go to the pool.
Sean? He continues to hold tight to his fear of water. He'd get in the hot tub, but not the swimming pool. Lyle finally made him get in the last night we were there.
These two cuties were practically inseparable the entire weekend. If you couldn't find one...look for the other and they'd be together. You'd see them running around holding each other's hands and giggling. It's adorable!
The rock wall is always a huge hit. But, Sean came away with climber's claw...he couldn't move his hands out of this position for a few minutes. Hahaha.
The little kids even get in on the action. We strap them in the harness, then swing them back and forth. They love it.
The Olympics were held on Sunday afternoon. Aunt Julie was the torchbearer and we played some super fun family games.
We left the day of Brighton's first birthday. We had such a great time (in spite of locking ourselves out of our room three times) and are already counting down until next year!
